Cancellation Policy for Limestays Villa Rentals
We understand that plans can change. Below is our cancellation policy to ensure that both guests and Limestays can manage bookings smoothly:
1. Cancellation by Guest:
Up to 30 days before check-in:Â Guests can cancel free of charge and receive a full refund of any amounts paid.
15 to 29 days before check-in:Â 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
Less than 15 days before check-in:Â No refund will be provided.
2. Modifications to Booking:
Changes to the booking (dates, villa selection, etc.) are subject to availability and approval by Limestays. If the new dates lead to a higher rate, the guest will be required to pay the difference.
If changes are made within 15 days of check-in, the guest will be liable for the cancellation terms as per the Less than 15 days clause.
3. Early Departure:
Guests who choose to check out earlier than the booked dates will not receive a refund for the unused portion of the stay.
4. No-Show Policy:
In the event that the guest does not show up for the booking, the full booking amount will be forfeited.
5. Exceptional Circumstances:
In case of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, government travel restrictions, etc.), Limestays will evaluate each situation on a case-by-case basis and provide appropriate refunds or rescheduling options.
6. Cancellation by Limestays:
If for any reason Limestays is unable to provide the booked villa or service, guests will be notified as soon as possible. In such cases, a full refund will be issued or an alternative villa will be offered, subject to availability.
